The Adventure

What do you know about Central Asia? Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan or Mongolia? What do you know about the people living there, their culture, their traditions and their daily life? For us, the answer was nothing, or close to nothing. The adventure we are about to embark on is a cultural one, set to fill the blank spot of knowledge Mid Asia is for us and many other people.

We are going to drive from Stockholm Sweden to Ulan Bator Mongolia. A drive that will pass through areas of the world where few people ever go and even fewer know much of. During our journey we have made it our mission to document every stop and every place we visit. And what better way is there to grasp a culture than to look to their cooking.
